You couldn't be more centrally located – you’re nearby lifts, shops, restaurants, ski school, the children's center, and more. In the summer, you can step out your door at Axtel Condominiums and get right on the hiking and biking trails, or ride the lift up the mountain for a picnic - with your mountain bike if you'd like!

Perched high on a ridge across from Crested Butte Mountain base area, the Eagles Nest townhomes have a spectacular view of the ski runs. Watch the sunrise from living room and master bedroom decks! Each townhome has a fully-equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, wi-fi, laundry room and garage. Property amenities include a sauna and two outdoor hot tubs with views of the mountain. The original 1882 building infamously became the Spritzer Bar, a saloon bought by Martin Spritzer in 1924 and operated by Slovenian immigrants. A sauna, hot tub, and fire pit await back home in the courtyard and après is steps away in the home’s private cabin-like bar.

Ideal for families and groups, Three Seasons combines the convenience of a hotel with the comfort of a condo, with each suite having a separate living room and kitchen. Entrances to the suites encircle two large atriums and feature a host of amenities. Relax in the indoor pool and hot tub, or play a round of billiards in the game room.
