Planning a group meeting or family reunion? Hal'e Teton is an exceptional 6,600 square foot, two-level property that easily accommodates up to 22 people with room to spare. Upon entering the home, guests will find themselves in the main living room which offers floor to ceiling windows with valley views and access to an outside deck that runs the length of the home. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and an entertainment center with a flat screen television, making it a very inviting area for congregating. On the lower-level, guests can access the outdoor hot tub and a dry sauna at one end of the house. Also in this area is a large ski locker. Guests staying in Teton Village will enjoy access to world class skiing during the winter and are perfectly positioned for an exciting, fun-filled, activity packed vacation in the summer.

A second, smaller sitting room, provides additional secluded but accessible space perfectly situated to enjoy a glass of wine or to soak in the plentiful, natural, light. Guests will enjoy the expansive living area; with incredible natural light to enjoy a second fireplace, which features two large couches and additional seating area to host friends and family. This is the perfect place to host an apres ski or summer post-hike soiree. Located off of the main living room, and adjacent to the smaller sun room, is a private home office framed by two floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The transparent walls allow for natural light, yet privacy for taking important work calls or quiet space to get lost in a great book. This area is closed off from the living area providing much needed quiet for those working from home.

Four stairs lead up to an open dining area with seating for 8-10, and access to the back patio. The dining area is adjacent to the spacious yet cozy living room complete with a wet bar. High ceilings, a large wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, and comfortable furnishings all combine to make this a very inviting space. The large windows offer nice mountain views and open on to a protected patio area with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture and hot tub. Also on this level is a powder room and separate laundry room. A full bath is shared by the bunk room that offers two sets of twin bunk beds and an adjacent bedroom with twin beds. There is a small game room with a Foosball table in this kid friendly area. Upstairs you will find the king master bedroom with TV and an en suite master bath. The bedroom is quite roomy and the bath offers a Jacuzzi Tub and a walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with twin beds on this level and each enjoys a private full bath. Each set of Twin beds can be converted to a King for a fee.

Designed by a local architect, The Village House is a wonderful location for a group or family retreat, with about 3,700 square feet of living space plus generous outside deck space to enjoy. The proximity to the base village of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort makes this home a wonderful ski retreat. The Village House offers a nice size entryway and adjacent laundry/mud room with plenty of ski storage. The first bedroom is a great kid's room with two sets of twin bunk beds and an adjoining 3/4 bath. The second bedroom has two double beds and a 3/4 bath. Two more bedrooms are located across the hall, one with a queen bed and full bath, the other with a king bed and full bath. The outdoor Jacuzzi is located on this level. Upstairs is the main living space with a dining room that has seating for 14 around a beautiful, rustic wood table. A huge rock fireplace sits invitingly between the dining room and the living room. The living and dining area have high vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to enjoy those mountain views. There is a wonderful deck on this level, with an outside stairway leading down to the Jacuzzi level. The king-bedded master bedroom is located on this level, with a spacious master bath that includes a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower with dual shower heads.

This popular Teton Village home offers many extras, such as a game room, elevator and a spacious master suite with a private living area featuring a gas fireplace and a large ensuite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in glass enclosed shower. As you enter the house on the ground floor, you'll find two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, each with an ensuite bath. The central main floor offers a charming western ambience in the spacious great room that features oversized windows and a large stone fireplace. The chef in your group will enjoy the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, high end appliances and a breakfast bar that seats 4.
