The townhome boasts three floors of spacious living space. It all begins on the ground level where a two-car garage leads into the ultimate basement for athletes with its indoor hot tub, sauna and full bath. Rise a floor and find the open living area, rich with rustic hardwood floors, fine furnishings and copious windows. A breakfast bar – accented by leather upholstered stools – rings the open, deluxe kitchen with pine cabinets and granite countertops. A dark wood dining table, surrounded by six upholstered chairs, overlooks the living room with its ample seating, towering rock fireplace and wall of windows.
