CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS:
Please check in at the Meadow Cabin Model Home, located at 14175 Drake Drive Jackson, WY 83001 and we will escort you to your rental property. Please let us know in advance what time you plan to arrive on property.
We do have a late arrival key box located at the front gate and we will supply you a code to the gate and the lock box is you are arriving after office hours.
CHECK-IN/OUT POLICY
Check-in Time is 4:00pm.
Snake River Sporting Club Lodging, LLC will diligently work to ensure that all properties are clean and ready for occupancy by 4:00 pm. However, it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the property is ready. There are no refunds for late occupancy. Please do not go to the property before checking in unless previous arrangements have been made.
Check-out time is 10:00am.
All properties must be vacated by 10:00am on check-out day. If you are planning on participating in any of the Clubs activities please notify the Lodging Department, you must be moved out of your unit by 10:00am unless a late departure had been arranged.
